Welcome to Gogo

Gogo creates jobs (training and recruiting women and the occasional man to knit woolly things) and initiates volunteer networks of Grannies and other angels who knit woolly gifts of love for vulnerable kids and old people.

Gogo’s goal is to create tighter knit communities by creating a “knitwork” for unemployed people and a “social knitwork” that brings people together to find new meaning through volunteering and giving their time and love.

Beanificiation Fan Beanies for 2010!

Our 2010 “fan beanie” project aims to include vulnerable kids in the 2010 vibe by producing as many beanies as possible in the fan colours of the participation nations (especially SA beanies!).
